This is the worst 7-11 in El Cajon. Homeless and creeps hanging outside all the time. Prices are never consistent. The use the 7-eleven brand to their advantage to rip you off. They try to make u pay full price for any and everything they can . They change and increase their prices 2 times a week. Won't apply discounts or credits. I just go down the street a extra mile. That 7- eleven is nicer, cleaner and more consistent. Something shady is happening here. I work for 7- elevens before. If the price changes all the stores change with the memo. No here. Just paid 7$ for 3 monsters that were 650 down the street. Every. Time. Then when I asked why. I got ignored. Also, was give 7 cents instead of 97 cents back. I cant.

PURE DISRESPECT AND BAD FOR BUSINESS
I’m only giving this location 1STAR because they had alcohol and tobacco products I was looking for. The cashier WILL is rude and had poor customer service. He basically through the bag at me, and made me bag my own beverages and tabacco…and when I said something he ignored me. PURE DISRESPECT AND BAD FOR BUSINESS

Oh my god this 711 is by far the worst i have ever been in. The fat dude who works at the counter all the time is in fights with customers every single time I go there, OR he's talking on his cell phone and doesn't acknowledge his customers. The guy is a genuine jerk and I'd write more mean words about him but I want this review to stay up. I can't believe how impolite he is, or that he is LITERALLY fighting with people that come in. When I was there a few minutes ago, a customer was purchasing a gift card and the cashier didn't tell him that he couldn't fulfill the full amount he wanted until he'd already paid for it. He was incredibly rude and made a huge scene about it in front of a line of 6 people. Awkward.

Went to get coffee before work. Showed up at 330 am and was told they don't open until 415 so I can't give an actually review since I didn't get anything. I thought all 7-11s were 24 hours but I guess not

Terrible labeling, awful customer service they are rude. Don’t expect anything of quality there. Check what you’re buying before you buy it because everything is mislabeled on price one star awful, and the little dude that works night shift. He’s awful.

its 24/7 open but evrytime at 1:30am the store is close because the guy incharge is always cleaning outside- i would suggest to assign other cleaner and not close the store

Worst customer service ever! This big guy has NO respect for customers he was so unprofessional he was on his cell phone talking in Arabic. he had no concerns for anyone. He yelled at me when I asked for the manager. I told him his rudeness was not ok. He really needs to learn manners! I've never seen such disturbing disregard for customer service in my life ! It was my 1st and last time at that 7-Eleven.

I went in to 7/11 and bought beer one night and paid cash. I went in 2 days later and the cashier told me I owe him 10 dollars because he gave me too much change. I did not notice but normally if I notice I am given too much change I give it back. I told him to check the cameras because how do I know he was telling the truth? I went in again and bought sodas. He said don’t forget his ten dollars. I said prove it. He said he showed me the receipt, which he did but what does that prove? It could have been anyone’s receipt. He said next time he’s not letting me buy stuff there and threw my change at me. I see why they have 2 stars. The workers can’t do their job right. I probably won’t go back unless it’s to tell the manager.
