“November 2023, these idiots hit my car. They call themselves self-insurance, but to this day, my car is still not repaired. Their insurance company doesn’t respond. This is the worst company that exists; I don’t understand how they work with the county.”

“They were so shameless that the next day they called me, offering money so I wouldn’t file the claim. On top of that, they went to the place where I got the video, took it, and still filed a claim with my insurance as if I had been the one at fault.”

My experience has been one of gratefulness for the skills and dedication of the drivers. They are very dedicated and committed to helping those whose daily lives would be unspeakably more difficult without the drivers' help. The drivers deserve benefits, retirement funds, and considerably increased pay. The drivers deserve 5 stars; the company's treatment of them deserves none.

Leadership, low salaries, no Human Resources department, discrimination against pregnant woman, incompetent staff, unethical. Can’t understand how the Miami-Dade is in contract with this company. If they only knew, and all the insurance companies how things are done!

Today June 15 a driver from TA comes out Cuben male from the companys transportation van he was soo disrespectful to me his family called him because his dad got in a car accident with me.This driver was not involved in the accident his unprofessional rude ,How does this company have a person like this working for them.I've been trying to call customer service I've been on hold for 30 minutes. The truck I'd is 50008-200. License PLATE EPR-612 This company should check there drivers BAD Attitudes! Transporting our family members.

They are must of the time late in my pickups. Mostly of the time when the arrival time frame is due, I have to call back them to be provided with another vehicle, mostly Uber or Liff. Also, the vehicles of the company are mostly old cars, sometimes withoout the proper cooling ac. I am planning to change my Medicare Simply plan just for the bad transportation service...

Cada día están peores su servicio , se pidió con una semana el servicio, para una consulta a las 8 am y llegaron 9 am , en fin se perdió el appointment, por culpa del transporte, se llamó desde las 7 am y nada que se resolvió

I stopped using this service over a year ago because of the bad attitude when told my wheelchair was moving the driver and assistant gave my mom attitude even though I didn’t complain when they did personal pick ups and drop off on more than one occasions one driver almost crashed because of what seemed like intoxication from a cough meds he happened to be sick and no mask at the peak of covid

They need to work a bit on their vehicles. Not well maintained. Once I was picked up and the vehicle had a flat. In other occation the vehicle did not smell good.
