The most perfect of all cocktail bars! We went seeking bars that had a cool intimate vibe and that could serve up an elegant martini while listening to and talking about jazz, and the ‘&Bar’ did not disappoint. With perfect english to boot, a pleasure and a hi light of our trip to the beautiful country of Japan. ?

Me and my partner were the only guests there. Amazing vibes and brilliant service.
2 drinks were 4400, which is very reasonable for this quality.

Only downside is that smoking indoors is permitted.

Ah, the joy when every detail is perfect. Let me revel for a moment in some of the perfect details that were particularly pleasing:
The selection of bottles is lovingly curated
The bartender is more than happy to help select something new and wonderful for you to try (with a good bit of English spoken if needed)
The music is hand curated and fits the setting
Every bit of interior is lovely and selected to support the ambiance. Big beautiful bar seating and comfortable chairs.
I’m not sure how this place has managed to remain undiscovered but I guess today is just your lucky day.

深夜2時までやってるし、きちんとしてるのでゆっくり飲みたい人にはとても良いです。

カウンター、座席、一部屋だけですが個室もあるのがとても良いですね。
個室は今度利用しようと思います。

ウイスキーに関してはだいたい飲みたいものが揃っているのでありがたいです。

とても良い雰囲気のBARです。誰でも入りやすいと思います。
