Prices even on clearance aren't competitive. Ross, Marshall's, Amazon etc have better deals. Look at expiration dates. Soda Stream flavors expired 2 years ago in 2022. Store was clean, but most LCD price displays were not working. There were some good artsy glass and decor sold at a premium. Sephora section was hard to walk by as it reeked of strong perfume/cologne.

Haley, a Kohl's Midwest City Associate, went well above what one would expect in trying to find a missing shoe that someone had misplaced. She actually looked in every Clark shoe-box as well as in practically any place a shoe to a mate could be placed! All Associates are nice but she took First Place and would treat any other customer as she did me!

I love the option to drop off my Amazon returns and receive a coupon. I always find something I "need". Funny that you have the baby section on the way so my granddaughter usually benefits but Grandma's returns.

Just wanted to go see what kind of clothes I can find, and I never been into Kohl's, so here I am! I know I will come back here because of their members rewards. I got a pair of jeans and two shirts, it already earned right at $3, plus I have $10 in Kohl's cash, I can walk back in and spend a dollar and get a free shirt! I could stroll through here all day checking out clothes rack after clothes rack! Then their jewelry, glasses, accessories, they have a lot!

Only one service person when I went there was a few minutes wait in line but it went by pretty quick. Once at the counter the clerk was very helpful and fast. My reason for being there was a return from Amazon

Great selection of tall men's sizes. Cute work clothes for ladies too. It's a crying shame people can't re-hang clothes in the fitting rooms. Your mama doesn't work there. Act like adults, people!

Kohl's on it's corporate website under the "Corporate Responsibility" menu has a section for "Environmental Sustainability" and "Community Partnerships" I am in the pre-owned store fixture business and was in the Kohl's in Midwest City, OK yesterday where they are doing a remodel project, they were going to be doing away with quite a few glass display cases which I offered to purchase, one of my companies missions is to repurpose fixtures that do not need to end up in landfills, the manager Christine I believe misled me by asking me to call the store at 8:30 to talk to the night manager Lizzy knowing full well that the stores phones shut off at 8:00 so that you can't reach anyone, I drove to the store and talked with one of the construction crew and told them I would love to purchase and pick up the items to help keep them out of a landfill, I gave them my card and asked them to give them to Lizzy and have her call me. I never received a call so early this morning I drove by the store to find (2) forty yard roll-off trash containers filled with these displays, see attached pics. presumably 80 yards of glass, metal, wire, laminate and wood that will take centuries if ever to decompose. I would have paid the store hundreds if not thousands of dollars for these items, it would have taken far less time for me to pick them up then they spent getting them into these trash containers and for what reason? I reached out to Christine this morning and she would only answer my questions with "No Comment". I have also tried to reach Nick Jones, Chief Merchandising Officer over Kohl's with no response. There is nothing proprietary about these displays as I have purchased them from other Kohl's stores in the past. Can the public or a member of Kohl's executive team please let me know why this company which claims to try to improve on it's Environmental Sustainability would rather place 80 yards of material into landfills instead of selling them and generating revenue for the company while helping out a small local business which also helps employee fellow Oklahoman's?

Khol's used to be my favorite store but your store is always hot and it's to the point I always get a headache. Also under staffed with long lines on a busy weekend. Other stores are doing a better job. Step it up khol's.
