The staff/security are very nice. They made me feel safe during a time of need. Building and restrooms very clean. I'll definitely use them for my truck parking when in the area

If I could give zero stars I would and I don't like to give bad reviews. But this is the worst TA ever. In regards to the shop and it's techs. Driver sat there from 130pm, and still sitting there at 1030pm, and all that was needed was to put a small brass fitting on the end of air line for the tandem slide. Once they pulled him into the shop, it's been 2 hours so far and still not done and can't talk to anyone to find out what's going on. Driver reports 6 guys standing watching someone put on a tire. Get it together!

Typical truck stop but, what's with the little kids working in Popeyes. I was like... what kinda child labor laws do they have in this state. Also, if they are gonna hire them they need to be managed a whole lot better and taught the basics of food safety and sanitation. 3 of them was trying to take my order at one time. One was playing in his hair and goin back and forth to and from the kitchen..no hairnets or hats on. I ain't seen none of them wash their hands. Let's do better training if y'all gonna hire these kids for summer jobs.

This site isn't worth even one star! I wish I could give them 0 star for service! I mean, I came and signed up 6:00pm (06/06) and 3 hours no call, I came back to make sure my phone # is correct, then I was continuing to wait till morning! At the morning 6:00AM (06/07), I came back again to check what was going on. They kicked me out of the queue, I signed up again, now I have to wait again and the manager is not available till 8:00AM! This is how TA service works!

The shop is horrible, took almost 4 hours to get a valve stem replaced. Sat and watched mechanics just going in circles, There is no reason it should take that long to get anything done at a shop, especially a valve stem.

I have got oil change , so quick thire stuff manger Davina is great she's so helpful & also Rene is the manager assistant he's a great guy knows his job answering questions & friendly thanks guys for all the help

I rate them 2 stare because most employees looks like they been force to work here and not good attitude second is about showers are big and clean but the water pressure is very slow don’t feel that you taking a shower

Not worth the stop, Terrible showers. Worse than the water pressure of the sink.
