Ignorant steering wheel holders making holes in front of the Fuel aisle. Makes exiting harder. Mostly reserved parking. Then you have Ignorant people parking in them without paying. I only park here with a reservation. The loves is always jam packed. Flying j also.

I have never seen the worst TA.This place is horrible I’ve been here almost 6hrs.Tthe shop management is very bad. All the mechanics they don't do their jobs properly.the shop was empty there was no trucks inside but outside there was a lot of truck driver waiting for their calls.

I go inside to pay for parking because I’m parked in a RESERVED PARKING. The guy at the cashier says I can’t park in reserved parking when clearly trying to explain to him I was having issues on the app trying to pay with points So he calls security and aggressively comes demanding me to move after I’m trying to explain to him what I told the cashier Never will I come back again. It’s night time and having a hard time to park and with no hrs to move so unappreciated for the sacrifices that we do as drivers to keep this country moving

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, was sent here via work order from my job for repairs to my tractor, was told I was 1st in line with an hour wait, 3 HOURS later, I was then told I was 2nd in line somehow ? And that they had no idea when I'd be seen, because they were doing a shift change. The pure lack of motivation between ALL the staff was very clear, if you are looking for a good experience with people who care, this is not the place for you. I literally sat in my truck and watched the tech do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for 2 hours, then get up and head out the door because it was his time to go home.... GET SOME REAL EMPLOYEES. I'm honestly appalled at how this place is even still open given all of the other reviews mentioning all the same problems. It is clear that nobody, including management, cares about what they do at this location.

This place is horrible I’ve been here almost 5 hrs. They pulled me into shop and claim they forgot because of shift change. I asked about truck and no one has a clue what’s going on. But this is what they are doing every time I come check.

Attention brother truckers. I only parked in this place. See photo. Nothing said reserved. Went out for dinner received a phone call from some guy there at the ta saying move my truck its being towed now! I had $250,000 of cargo inside. No sign or warning. I had to jump up from dinner uber back and get out of the nut house. There are 20 trucks a minite driving through that lot. Please avoid this place! The manager jennifer told me get out or she will call police and have me trespassed. She is an evil unprofessional witch who hates truckers. Stay out of this place they want to steal your truck and cargo! Be warned!

Since hurricane Milton hit, most truck drivers coming to Florida are delivering emergency supplies like I did. With the situation being as it is, there's not many loads leaving Florida. So here is a multi billion dollar a year company charging truck drivers 25 dollars a day to park. This is corporate greed at it's finest.
At least the governor suspended the toll fees at least. Maybe TA should have waived the parking fee for a few weeks. Actually show truck drivers you care just a little. Thanks for nothing TA.
