Store was filthy and the customer service reps were rude. Example, when trying to access coolers to get drinks, the person stocking the cooler refused to move when asked nicely by two different customers. Ultimately, we had to move the stockers cart to access the drink cooler. The folks at the registers were giving folks a hard time that required a simple fill up. They demanded we give them an exact amount. Both customers left to fill up elsewhere. Super disappointed in this unprofessional experience.

This my 2nd time here in two weeks. The showers were very clean both times. This is unusual for most truck stops being that it was a different time of the day, and a different employee. Thank you TA - Baldwin for the cleanliness of your shower rooms. Thanks for the extra bath towel and including a hand towel! Awesomeness!

Clean place, everyone seems friendly. The exercise room was an amazing idea. We truckers appreciate that. Quit place, I was comfortable here untill I read the reviews on the website. You guys should really handle that, or this place will not last long.

(Best Shop experience Ive had) I lost my brakes on my way here from Denver and these guys got me right in. very knowledgeable honest work and a team that stayed after it until the job was complete. Alto lead Abby and Malorie through a quick tear down, the work space remained organized. Problems were quickly troubleshooted and rendered right away. These guys dont bounce around and lolly gag. Edge Transport will definitely use this TA for future work. other than that, the store and showers were clean, all facilities were open. only con is the limited parking

love the workers very nice and give my grandma free peanuts but I did find a safety issue there is a hole in the wall that goes to the electric room and no cover or door covering it so little kids can get hurt so please fix that but otherwise good place i recommend it to everyone

Worst place ever , I came in the morning checked in for an oil change they guy said there’s a 4 hours wait time I said ok and the. They made me wait 8 pm which is 7-8 hours crazy , slow truck service , unprofessional stafff , and I ended up leaving without getting oil change done
