I’m only giving one star, because it won’t let me give zero. Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life over the telephone. I had questions, she said “I have a line of people, it is the first of the month, I don’t have time for this. The customers in line come before the phone calls.” I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said “I am the tag agent” unbelievable do not use this office.

Terrible customer service. Called and needed a question answered and got told to "Make it quick"? Rude and nasty when I told her not to worry about it and to call me back? I hung up.
If you want a tag just go somewhere where they are actually going to be nice and actually helpful.

My experience with Perry tag office was prompt and fast. I was in there for about 12 minutes. The tag lady had a good attitude.

The lady has social anxiety so she comes across rude but she isn't. Walking there smiling and she will smile too. You walking there with an attitude and she'll meet you and greet you right out the door

The lady that works the desk is extremely rude every time I or anyone I know has to go here for something. Makes people that are smoking outside the building completely leave the property (doesn't even ask nicely), bad attitude, and makes negative comments on things that are absolutely NONE of her business. Please get someone more professional to do this job, or someone tell her to be nicer to people please. We all HAVE to go to the DMV at some point and deal with her, no one needs her bad attitude causing more stress.

Edit to add: apparently LOTS of people have had issues with her being disrespectful. City of Perry, can you not do better?
